Returns Policy
Here at SHLUMPT.CO, we stand behind the quality of our battery systems. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
14-Day Returns
Customers may return their SHLUMPT.CO battery system within 14 days of delivery, whether the product is used or unused, provided that:

All original accessories, components, and parts are included

The product is returned in its original packaging

The item is in acceptable condition, as determined by SHLUMPT.CO at its discretion
Returns are evaluated case by case. Cosmetic wear such as light scratches may be acceptable; however, excessive damage, abuse, or signs of misuse may result in denial or a partial refund subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be requested before sending any items back. Customers may initiate a return by:

Contacting our customer support team, or

Submitting a return request through their account page
Once approved, SHLUMPT.CO will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We cover return shipping costs.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval. Returns shipped outside this window may be denied.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Defective or Not Working Batteries
If your battery system is defective or not functioning properly:

The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Customers may choose either:

A replacement, or
-
A refund

Replacements are shipped after the defective item is received. If a replacement is selected, we will ensure it is sent out as quickly as possible once received and inspected.
All defective returns are reviewed to confirm the issue was not caused by customer negligence, misuse, or intentional damage. Proof such as photos or video may be required.
Only one replacement per order/device is permitted.
If the defective item is not returned, the refund or replacement will be cancelled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Restocking fees may be deducted if items are missing packaging, accessories, or show excessive wear
You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable & Ineligible Returns
Returns or refunds will not be approved for products that show damage caused by:

Water or liquid exposure

Battery tampering or intentional damage

Use with incompatible cartridges

Use with unauthorized or incompatible chargers
Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or included parts may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
SHLUMPT.CO reserves the right to:

Deny returns that appear fraudulent or abusive

Limit or refuse future returns from accounts with repeated return abuse
All return decisions are made at the sole discretion of SHLUMPT.CO.
Age Restriction
SHLUMPT.CO products are intended for adults aged 21 and over. By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders. International shipping will be available soon.
